  • 16% delivery fee for orders between $40.00 - $79.99
  • 15% delivery fee for orders between $80.00 - $99.99
  • 12% delivery fee for orders between $100.00 - $149.99
  • 9% delivery fee for orders between $150.00 - $249.99
  • 6% delivery fee for orders $250 and up
  • $6 minimum delivery fee*
